How You'll Make an Impact
Strategic leadership and development of the global Medium Gas Turbine Controls engineering organization, fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous learning and high performance
Alignment of organizational capabilities, competencies and workforce planning with business growth objectives, future market demands and long-term strategy
Implementation of the Medium Gas Turbine Controls Service growth plan in close collaboration with regional organizations
Delivery of high-quality, efficient and reliable engineering execution with a strong focus on customer value, project performance and business results
Harmonization and continuous improvement of engineering processes, methodologies, standards and digital solutions to increase efficiency, quality and scalability
Strengthening of cross-functional collaboration, talent development, succession planning and operational excellence across engineering, project execution, product management and regional teams
What You Bring
- Engineering degree or comparable technical background with experience in controls, automation, electrical engineering or related disciplines
- Solid professional experience in Medium Gas Turbines and/or turbine control systems
- Proven leadership experience with a strong commitment to developing people, building high-performing teams and creating an inclusive work environment
- Strong customer orientation and ability to translate business requirements into sustainable and effective engineering solutions
- Strategic mindset, curiosity and passion for innovation, continuous improvement, digitalization and positive organizational change
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment, fluent English language skills, Swedish language proficiency as an advantage and willingness to travel as required
