Construction Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to join our company and take responsibility for supervising and coordinating various construction projects in Helsingborg and the surrounding area.
As a Construction Supervisor, you will have an important role in the daily operation of our construction projects. You will coordinate work on site, support employees and subcontractors, follow project schedules and ensure that the work is carried out according to drawings, technical specifications, quality requirements and applicable safety regulations.
Main responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily construction activities
- Planning and allocating work on construction sites
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings, technical drawings and project documentation
- Coordinating employees, subcontractors and other parties involved in the projects
- Following project schedules and ensuring that work progresses according to plan
- Monitoring quality and ensuring that work is performed according to specifications
- Identifying and solving practical and technical issues during construction
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with relevant experience within the construction industry and a good understanding of construction processes.
