Your responsibilities
In this role, you will secure the ultimate quality and deliverables of detailed drawings in Revit throughout the commercial planning process. You will ensure that all detailed drawings meet necessary prerequisites, formats, and measurements prior to the commercial planning process and eventual delivery to our country organizations. As our Revit Super User, you will act as a vital bridge, contributing your expertise to continuously improve and optimize Revit as a commercial planning tool.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating actively with global solution owners within Ingka and Inter IKEA Retail Concept to contribute expertise and optimize Revit features.
- Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the Central Planning Hub (CPH) to ensure the correct setup, compilation, and timely delivery of drawings aligned with commercial planning needs.
- Maintaining a close dialogue with end users and Country Superusers to understand their unique needs, capture technical insights, and ensure alignment and consistency across all drawings.
- Defining and developing standard working methods within CPH to drive efficiency, consistency, and aligned ways of working, backed by a strong understanding of planning processes and project timelines.
- Strengthening Revit competence within the CPH by enthusiastically sharing knowledge, supporting capability development, and communicating functionality updates to colleagues and stakeholders.
