As a Senior Tender Manager, you will shape and execute bid strategies for large, complex HVDC pursuits, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and shaping solutions that bring together capabilities from across the Hitachi Energy portfolio. From defining the bid strategy to presenting a compelling technical and commercial offering to the customer, you will play a central role in winning the projects that will shape the future power grid.

Your base will be in Ludvika or Västerås, Sweden, and you will be part of the HVDC product group within Hitachi Energy. HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems.

Your background

Experience in large-scale system sales and tendering, or in managing large projects.

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Technical, or a related field.

Technical and commercial experience with HVDC, or similar technologies, is an advantage.

Strong leadership skills and a structured approach are important for guiding the tendering team through complex challenges.

You are a strong communicator who works effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
