For one year, divided into three periods, you will explore how Boliden operates end to end, and how your own unique background and experience connect to the bigger picture. As a graduate, you are employed in a permanent position from day one and supported by an individual development program. In this role as a Financial Controller, you'll be part of the Finance organization, working with financial planning, analysis, reporting, and performance management in close collaboration with operational and support functions. You will build a strong understanding of the business through regular interaction with site management, production teams, and operational stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews
- Follow up on operational and financial KPIs
- Analyze cost development, profitability, and business performance
- Support CAPEX and OPEX follow-up and investment evaluations
- Prepare presentations and management reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Assist Business Controllers and operational managers with decision support
- Contribute to improvement projects related to finance processes, reporting, digitalization, and Finance BI solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Economics, Accounting, or a related field

The Assessment Center will take place in Stockholm, Sweden, on one day between February 16-19, 2027. Boliden will cover travel and accommodation expenses. Please ensure your availability between February 14-20, 2027, if you progress to the final stage.
