Our product portfolio also includes inspection machines that help ensure the quality of the photomasks used in display and semiconductors manufacturing.
In this role, you will be part of our R&D team Metrology and Process Control Group (PMCD), which currently consists of 12 team members working within pattern design, metrology, cleanliness, and data analysis.
