What you'll do

In this role, you will:

Define and evolve the enterprise target architecture across Sweden and Denmark.

Connect business capabilities, strategic objectives, applications, platforms and investment decisions.

Drive portfolio-level decisions regarding standardisation, modernisation, sourcing and legacy retirement.

Identify cross-domain dependencies, risks and decisions that require enterprise-wide alignment.

Establish architecture direction for major transformation initiatives.

Support leadership with recommendations and decision material for strategic business and technology investments.

Develop enterprise roadmaps, transition plans, architecture principles and decision records.

We believe you have

Must-have:

Experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a comparable senior architecture role.

Experience working across business strategy, technology strategy and complex transformation portfolios.

Experience developing enterprise target states, roadmaps and transition architectures.

Experience with application portfolio management, sourcing decisions and legacy-modernisation strategies.

The ability to analyse complex dependencies and turn them into clear decision options.

Experience influencing senior stakeholders without relying on formal line authority.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
